Lead Time:
72 hours’ notice preferred for orders of 10+ people; same-week requests welcome when the kitchen has room.

Delivery & Setup:
Complimentary drop-off within downtown Chicago for orders of $300+; a delivery fee applies below that minimum.
Setup, chafing, and disposable service-ware included on all platter orders.

Pricing:
Reflects a starting draft — confirm final pricing and seasonal availability with the Mariela kitchen before sending to clients.

Gratuity + Tax:
A gratuity of 24%, along with standard tax rates is added to all catering orders.
